In this dynamic role, you'll play a key part in supporting the growth and success of Tribute Baking Company by working on diverse and meaningful HR initiatives. From day-to-day operations to strategic projects, this is your opportunity to help shape an exceptional workplace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for employee adherence to company policies, employee relations, recruitment, new hire orientation, workers' compensation, culture, and training.
We're seeking someone with a deep understanding of HR practices, particularly in food manufacturing, and a genuine commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace. As part of our Human Resources team, you'll work closely with the HR Manager and contribute to creating a workplace where people feel valued and inspired.

During special initiatives some off-hour support may be required on a periodic basis.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and manage recruitment, new hire orientation, onboarding, training processes for the site.
- Address employee grievances, manage performance evaluations, and ensure adherence to legal regulations.
- Support safety initiatives, including OSHA compliance and accident reporting.
- Enforcing the company's HR policies, programs, and practices.
- Support culture initiatives.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources
- 5 years of experience working in Human Resources with a minimum of 3 yrs in an HR Generalist role
- Experience supporting a manufacturing environment is required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred."
Salary : $85,000 - $90,000
