Role Overview:
As the Lease-Up Community Manager, you play a pivotal role as the leader of our residential community, steering its financial success. Business Leadership:

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in property management software.
- High energy, strong work ethic, and commitment to company values of excellence, service and integrity.
- Demonstrated success in achieving high occupancy, retention, and net operating income.
- Results-oriented with the ability to proactively address challenges.
- Recognized designation in property management such as NALP, CAM, CPM, CAPS preferred.
