Lease-up Leasing Consultant

What You’ll Do:
- Resident Experience: Be the first point of contact for prospective residents, providing a warm welcome and building excitement around the property.
- Leasing & Sales: Conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, showcase the community’s features, and guide prospective residents through the leasing process to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
- Drive Occupancy: Contribute to leasing goals by following up on leads, scheduling tours, and maintaining an organized pipeline of prospects to boost occupancy.
- Marketing & Outreach: Assist in executing marketing strategies, participate in community outreach events, and help increase visibility through social media, online listings, and property branding.
- Community Engagement: Support resident events and engage with residents to foster a sense of community and belonging, enhancing the resident experience from day one.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, track leasing data, and complete all required paperwork in accordance with company policies and fair housing regulations.
- Stay Informed: Stay informed about local market trends, competitor properties, and community needs to enhance leasing strategies and keep our community attractive and competitive.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service; experience in a lease-up or new property is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport with prospective residents.
- Energy & Passion: An energetic, resident-focused approach, with a commitment to going above and beyond to enhance the community experience.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving leasing goals and contributing to the community’s success.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with high accuracy in managing paperwork and leasing details.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Trustworthy: Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Pay: The pay for this opportunity can very and may range anywhere from $21 to $23 per hour.
The base compensation rate will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location, as applicable.
