Job Title: Leasing Manager
Job Summary:
As a Leasing Manager for Tribute Properties, you will act as the ambassador between the residents of the apartment community, the public and the community management team. Our Leasing professionals are the heart of our communities, bringing people and lifestyles together. They are uber-talented, creative, sales enthusiasts with a passion for building lasting relationships. The Leasing Manager will inspire passion and excitement within the leasing team and guide the process of assisting future residents as they choose to make our community their home.
Essential Functions:

Additional Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a process to ensure that model apartments, leasing office, and clubhouse areas, and tour routes are always immaculate and show-ready
- Guru of your market competition, features & benefits, competitor availability and pricing
- Follow up and rapport are in your DNA. Master of prospect management within CRM and follow-up processes.
- Train, mentor, coach, and audit performance for all personnel involved in the leasing process.
- Best in class leasing and renewal stats – you live to sell and inspire the team to mirror your processes!
- Develop and implement a program of community outreach with local businesses & non-profits, to include cross-marketing with social media partners.
- Ambassador of planning and hosting consistent, engaging and memorable resident events and on-site activities. The Leasing Manager will collaborate with the Community Manager to provide a consistent resident event schedule per company policy.
- Inspire & train the team to focus on providing individual and memorable experiences for prospects and residents.
- Follow and enforce all company policies, lease provisions, and local/state/federal tenant and housing laws.
- Prideful in the accuracy and quality of your administrative efforts. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for auditing lease files for all leasing personnel to ensure quality and accuracy.

The base compensation rate will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location, as applicable.
