ABOUT YOU :
As a Mid-level Scrum Master at Tribute Technology, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering high-performing software teams and driving the effective implementation of Scrum methodology within the organization. Your responsibilities will include coaching, addressing impediments, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate all the scrum ceremonies including Sprint planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective, and refinement meetings as well.
- Ensure tickets meet the definition of ready and definition of done.
- Assist the product owner with measuring and stabilizing the team’s velocity and translate it into accurate roadmap timelines.
- Report the team’s performance metrics and ensure continuous improvement in the commitment accuracy and throughput.
- Provide guidance on metrics gathering and coordinate metrics sharing with leadership.
- Support the advancement of Agile practices within the organization.
- Ensure adherence to Scrum best practices, and guidelines.
- Help the team members to remove impediments that are preventing them from meeting the sprint commitments.
- Ensure and improve overall team health through engaging team activities.
