TriCare Medical Transportation is South Jersey's premier medical transportation company. We are a large-scale 24 / 7 operation with over 300 employees and 130 vehicles, providing service from our headquarters in Pleasantville, NJ and two satellite locations in Vineland and Cherry Hill.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of your respective location.
- Recruit, train, and mentor field staff.
- Problem solve using critical thinking skills.
- Analyze issues / processes to identify problem areas and implement solutions.
- Promote and enforce a culture of safety.
- Effectively communicate with staff, vendors, contracted facilities, and other public safety officials.
- Investigate incidents and take appropriate actions where applicable.
- Assist with scheduling and assignment of crews / vehicles.
- Address employee issues and follow up with disciplinary actions.
- Completes documentation as required or assigned.
- Coordinate with other departments (dispatch, billing, human resources) to ensure needs are being met by field staff.
- Assist with any and all department needs as they arise.
