Title: WORKDAY HCM CONSULTANT

The Senior HCM Business Analyst will lead the implementation and optimization of Workday as the primary Human Capital Management (HCM) system for Health. This role is crucial in managing the transition from the current system solutions to Workday, ensuring that the system meets Health’s needs while enhancing operational efficiency and employee experience. Will collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR, IT, and operational leaders, to drive successful project execution and system adoption.
About the role:
- on-site to begin with potential to become hybrid as the implementation evolves\
- Transitioning from PeopleSoft to Workday
MUST “speak HR” and help hospital HR people understand how workday works and consult the HR people on how to change their processes to align with using workday moving forward
Consultant needed to close the gap between our IT people, workday and our HR team.
Submission Requirements
- Workday HCM, Core and/or Recruiting certified - strongly preferred
- Min. of 5 years experience in implementation and/or end-to-end enhancements, preferably with Workday & PeopleSoft
- HR/Workday experience required AND listed within the profile/work history -- must be an effective communicator, leading projects (project management)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource, or related field
