Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and needs.
- Perform triage duties to prioritize patient care effectively.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient information using electronic health records systems such as eClinicalWorks.
- Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques in all clinical procedures.
- Participate in the training of nursing staff and assist in teaching hospital protocols when necessary.
- Address behavioral health concerns and provide appropriate interventions.
- Engage in specialized procedures such as esthetic laser treatment, botulinum toxin treatment, and ophthalmology care when applicable.
Experience:
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in acute care settings.
- At least 2 years of experience in applying speciality.
- IA or Compact state license active.
- BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP (AHA) needed as per applying speciality requirements.
