Senior Professional Services Consultant (Project Management)The Senior Professional Services Consultant is a challenging position characterized by varied responsibilities and mission critical demands. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and scaling a PS organization that is focused on positioning and delivering best-in-class services to all tiers of Tricentis accounts and System Integrators, ensuring they are setup for success and growth. This position is hybrid-remote (3 days / week on our Atlanta office).You will be responsible for…Articulating a vision for leveraging the services organization to drive software revenue growth and high customer satisfaction across the wider organization.Managing services financial metrics, including bookings, revenue, and gross margin.Ensuring proactive support from the PS organization to the sales team.Assisting with sales pursuit activities for key customers with deep quality engineering knowledge and experience (COE standup, Quality Engineering management).Developing initiatives to improve revenue and margin, focusing on recurring revenue and PS improvements.Guiding the AMS consulting team alongside your direct management team, overseeing the overall PS business for the region.Acting as a coach and mentor for individual contributors.Creating innovative solutions for complex problems within limited timeframes.Supporting the development and evolution of project delivery methodologies.Qualifications we are seeking3-5 years of professional experience in the technology industry.BS in Computer Science or similar.Experience utilizing testing tools (Tricentis tools preferred).Excellent business management skills, including familiarity with common metrics in a professional services business.Strong understanding of digital transformation programs within large organizations.Experience in scaling software services organizations.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with extensive experience engaging with customer management (Director and above).Strong presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas engagingly to all organizational levels.Understanding of SDLC and Agile project management.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills : genuine, warm, positive, engaging, empathetic, tactful, poised under pressure, and patient.Critical thinker and problem solver with a curious mindset.Passionate about continuous learning and improvement, motivated to excel.Open to feedback and coachable.Strong team player.Self-starter with strong ownership skills, willing to exceed job expectations.Creative and innovative.Qualifications that would make an outstanding candidateWork experience with Tricentis tools (Tosca, qTest, NeoLoad, LiveCompare).Experience with SAP programs or SAP partners.Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, PMI, and Lean; relevant qualifications are a distinct advantage.Proven ability to coach and mentor senior managers and top consultants.Why Tricentis?At Tricentis, we strive for success while inspiring those around us by knowing what we need to achieve and how we will achieve it.
