Market Development Specialist

Tricity Pain Associates P.A., a Texas based; multi-site comprehensive pain management company is hiring. We are currently searching for a dynamic Physician Liaison for our Corpus Christi market.

Under the supervision of the Marketing Director, this role serves as a Physician Liaison for Tricity Pain P.A. with referring physicians, medical groups, hospitals, attorneys, and other medical facilities. Promotes the extensive, comprehensive clinical services offered by Tricity Pain P.A. to include the use of Durable Medical Equipment, Physical Therapy and Chiropractic as well as being responsive to all customer service and patient experience issues in a professional manner.

Essential Functions:

· The Physician Liaison will identify potential referral sources such as chiropractors, physicians, attorneys, attorney groups, medical groups, and facilities for the development of referral relationships.

· Complete face-to-face meetings with chiropractors, physicians, attorneys, and attorney groups to promote Tricity Pain Associates P.A.

· Develop outreach activities, Thank You’s, appreciation programs, events, lunches, dinners, etc.

· Determine referrers needs, identify problems or concerns, and offer solutions.

· Initiate contact with existing referral sources on a regular basis via telephone, email, in person, or written format to encourage referrals.

· Complete face-to-face meetings with physicians, schedulers, practice managers, referral coordinators and medical staff to ensure that a thorough understanding is gained regarding the physician and medical facility staff desires and needs.

· Collaborate with our clinic providers in meetings, lunches and business relationship building.

· Notify the Marketing Director of departmental problem areas for resolution and need for clinical services identified during field visits.

· Produce weekly reports on your activity/lunches/events within the market.

Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years sales experience, preferably in legal or healthcare environment

· Experience with SmartSheet a plus.

· Experience with marketing of Durable Medical Equipment.

· Experience in marketing of Chiropractic Services.

· Ability to research, understand and explain healthcare services, volume, utilization, market data, and physician referral patterns.

· Strong communication, interpersonal, collaborative, and analytical skills with a customer/patient focus.

· Motivated and driven to achieve high goals and seek continuous improvement in knowledge and skills.

· Competencies for sales efficiency and effectiveness; discipline in goal setting, prospecting, networking, territory management, and time management as well as skills to employ technologies effectively and proficiency.

· Must have Driver’s license and auto insurance in good standing.
