Senior Manager of Service Delivery

The Senior Manager, Service Delivery will manage a team of engineers that provide design, architecture, and migration planning for new customer projects. Responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of technology delivery with a strong team in a dynamic environment. The Senior Manager, Service Delivery will leverage their technical capabilities as well as strategic thinking, leadership and communication skills to consistently deliver a wide range of critical activities in concert with other groups within the organization. The Senior Manager, Service Delivery will be the customer advocate throughout the implementation lifecycle. This includes being the escalation point of contact for customers, project management, and engineers. The Senior Manager, Service Delivery will provide a proper transition of customers to support by providing documentation, customer review, and any training necessary. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide strategic and tactical leadership for the installation and managed services lifecycle.
• Collaborate with managers, partners, and customers to deliver cloud solutions.
• Implement best practices and standardized processes, remediate vulnerabilities throughout the delivery cycle.
• Manage department operations to budget and financial targets.
• Recruit, train, develop, coach, and appraise staff effectively.
• Stay up to date on information and technology affecting functional areas to increase innovation and ensure best practices.
• Plan and implement continuous improvement.
• Operate within product offering and architectural standards throughout the implementation delivery lifecycle.
• Partner to improve installation procedures by automating implementation steps.
• Stay current with the security landscape with willingness to learn innovative technologies.
• Lead and prioritize multiple concurrent projects and initiatives.
• Mentor a diverse team of direct reports in their career progression.

Compensation :

Compensation includes a base salary of $131,600.00 - $219,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
