What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gymnastics Instructor position at Tricks Folsom?
Tricks in Folsom is searching for passionate, responsible, & creative self starters to coach preschool gymnastics.
We exist to make a difference in the lives of our students. Our mission is to teach kids life lessons through gymnastics. If you share this goal, then we want to hear from you!
We foster a culture of camaraderie and creativity amongst our coaches. We teach real gymnastics in a fun way, with theme weeks and games.
We are looking for coaches who have a passion for connecting with children.
Responsibilities:
- Instruct children's gymnastics classes (Lesson plans and training provided)
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for participants
- Monitor and assess participant progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure equipment is set up properly and maintained in a safe condition
- Demonstrate and explain exercises and routines to participants
- Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all participants
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate and interact with participants of all ages
- Ability to manage behavior and maintain discipline in a class setting
- Physical fitness and ability to demonstrate gymnastics skills
- Ability to climb equipment and spot participants when necessary

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 16 per week
