Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of TrickyTax’s Compliance Engine.
- Participate actively in coding, testing, debugging, and documenting software solutions.
- Collaborate with senior developers and project leads to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Conduct research on compliance requirements and integrate findings into technical solutions.
- Assist with quality assurance processes, including identifying and troubleshooting software issues.
- Contribute to team meetings, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Basic proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
- Understanding of web development concepts and frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning and professional development.
- Availability to work onsite at our Plano, TX office for the duration of the internship.
