Key Responsibilities:
- Track and report on Construction Work Plan (CWP) project status, manage budgets, and maintain a 12-month cash flow analysis for Engineering projects.
- Establish systems for weekly updates on open work orders, ensuring alignment with accounting and leadership teams.
- Utilize tools like Brillit to develop dashboards, track performance metrics, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Assist in crafting and updating the Engineering Department’s annual Business Plan and ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Represent Trico Engineering at public events, educational initiatives, job fairs, and training programs, strengthening community relationships and brand awareness.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least one year of program management experience,
- or seven years of direct experience in engineering/design within an electric distribution utility.
- Familiarity with National Electric Safety Code (NESC), OSHA, and other federal/state/local regulations.
- Understanding of budgeting and accounting principles to track spending and financial planning.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with data analytics tools.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed and travel for meetings, conferences, and recruitment events.
