Join our dynamic team in a high-performance, customer-focused environment as a Member Account Representative I. You will play a pivotal role in addressing member inquiries, managing account requests, and ensuring exceptional service delivery in a call center setting. If you're passionate about customer service and thrive in a collaborative team environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain member records including residential service applications, program requests, and agency referrals.
- Collaborate with Member Services Field Technicians to schedule and complete service orders.
- Investigate billing errors, coordinate with Information Processing for corrections, and report findings to the Supervisor.
- Handle Live Chats and incoming emails directed to Member Accounts.
- Meet daily call center standards including call volume, response time, and resolution efficiency.
- Perform other operational duties as assigned.
