What You'll Do
- Leverage Technology: Utilize and support electric utility industry software and technology to optimize operations.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Maintain accuracy and efficiency in data management, reporting, and system functionality.
- Provide Technical Expertise: Assist teams with software applications and troubleshoot technical challenges.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and improve system performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in a relevant field plus three years of experience, OR seven years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Familiarity with software and technology used in the electric utility industry.
- Proficiency in computer software applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism and diplomacy.
