Position Summary:
This position is a strong partner to the Campus Director. Manage day to day campus operations to successfully achieve business objectives and overall student outcomes. Strong focus on the education team at the campus to ensure that expectations of education delivery are being met. Responsible for overseeing new hire training, ongoing refresher classes and cultivating the on-campus student and teacher experience. Ensure high customer service standards and positively influence and motivate the students and staff. Communicate staff and student performance expectations and develop specific goals and objectives for each. Perform administrative functions and complete management reports accurately and timely. Abide by the TUBC, State, and Federal rules, regulations and standards.
Responsibilities:
Leadership:
- Work closely with Campus Director and Education Leadership Team to drive the highest levels of student outcomes: Graduation, Placement and Licensure.
- Support and promote classroom and salon clinic guest practices through regular classroom observation and student check-ins.
- Communicate regularly on the status of education staff and campus needs.
- Proactively identify education departments needs and seek out solutions in collaboration with the Campus Director.
- Create and monitor teacher and student schedules, ensuring the assignment of qualified teachers.
- Maximize classroom space and team utilization to drive efficiency while meeting curriculum needs.
- Promote the TUBC Culture by fostering an environment that is based on respect, integrity, and
- Project a positive image to staff, customers, business associates, and the community in accordance with TUBC
- Ensure the implementation of company policies, in a timely and consistent manner.
- Maintain cooperation and teamwork on the campus, creating a school spirit, placing a high emphasis on customer service and Identify, evaluate, and resolve problems in a timely manner, utilizing innovative ideas and sound judgment according to school policies. Review financial data, prepare management reports, and perform administrative functions accurately and timely.

- Ensure a neat, clean, and orderly campus is maintained with high standards of cleanliness and
- Enforce safety and maintenance procedures, ensure all equipment is in good, safe working
Industry Relations:
- Identify local community events to enhance brand
- Maintain relationships with Salons/Spas.
- Organize and facilitate semi-annual Local Advisory Board
Regulatory:
- Ensure the implementation and adherence of NACCAS, State, Federal, and TUBC regulations and
