Your Role:
As an Esthetics Teacher, you will take on the rewarding challenge of teaching students the art and science of esthetics. Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging lesson plans and facilitate interactive learning experiences.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations of esthetic techniques and practices.
- Assess student progress, offering constructive feedback and support.
- Establish and maintain a positive and organized classroom environment.
- Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to academic program development.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid IL State Teaching License.
- Demonstrated experience in the esthetics field, with proficiency in skincare and makeup techniques.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $21.00 and $23.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
Salary : $21 - $23
