The Role
The Parts Coordinator will assist management in coordinating with departments to support the operations of the service department and daily administrative activities, will coordinate special projects and will offer training and expertise to current staff; will review the accuracy of company records and will suggest and implement improvement initiatives.

What will you be doing at Tricolor?
- Support Service centers efforts by reviewing business records to identify areas of improvement and cost reduction.
- Monitor supplies inventory and purchases.
- Create and update trainings and materials related to warranty, parts, labor, and standard departmental practices.
- Warranty repairs on customer units
- Take-off wheels and tires PMR inventory and selling of sets – tracked and monitored
- Partner with Vendors and Recon Managers
- Audits of Technicians weekly
This is the right opportunity for you if you have…
- 3 years of automotive dealership parts experience
- Knowledge of auto parts, automotive systems and tools.
- Intermediate or Advanced level in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
