Assistant Manager Compensation and Benefits

• Pay – $42,000 Annually $50.00 per unit Sold at the store

Assistant Manager Qualifications

• Skills - Assist the Customer Experience Specialists team with the application and sales process and handle escalated customer complaints.
• Bilingual - English (Is a must) Spanish (preferably)
• Driver´s License - valid with a clean record
• Open schedule - willing to work long hours and weekends
• Able to pass a drug test and background check

Experience - 1 year of experience in a supervisory/management role is highly preferred and 3 years of experience in Customer Service and Sales.

Assistant Manager Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and train the Customer Experience Specialists.
• Along with the General Manager, conduct team meetings and one-on-ones with team members to monitor performance and establish goals.
• Ensure the appropriate utilization of the AutoMas system, making sure the complete documentation for the loan application process is uploaded correctly and that notes and deal terms were submitted appropriately.
• Provide an excellent experience to our customers, during and after the sales process.
• Build relationships with customers
