Automotive Sales Manager Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $48,000 base annual salary commissions for every car sold at the store, earn at least $100 per unit sold, with potential earnings up to $250 per unit based on performance.

- Automotive Sales Manager Qualifications
- Sales-driven person - A dedicated individual with a proven track record of achieving or overachieving sales goals.
- Bilingual - English and Spanish
- Open schedule - Willing to work long hours.
- Driver´s License - Valid with a clean record.
- Able to pass a drug test and background check
Experience – 3 years of Supervisory / Management experience.

Automotive Sales Manager Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, train and direct the work of the Customer Experience Specialists.
- Manage, coach and train team members to develop a strong, high-performer, customer-oriented team. Ensures team satisfaction and engagement.
- Assist the sales team with the application of sales and handle customer complaints.
- Knowledge of the physical and online inventory of vehicles.
- Manage and establish store goals
- Build strong relationships with other managers.
