Service Advisor Compensation and Benefits

Service Advisor Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/ English required
- Valid Driver’s License, with a good driving record for the previous 3 years. Needs to be able to operate a variety of vehicles
- Strong computer skills
- Able to pass a drug test and background check
Experience – One year of customer service experience
Please apply if you have worked in customer service, service scheduling, vehicle maintenance, repair estimates, dealership service, or mechanic coordination.
Service Advisor Responsibilities
- Fosters and maintains excellent relations between customers and the store.
- Answers incoming telephone calls and responds in a courteous and professional manner.
- Greets all incoming customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Write up incoming customers’ work orders.
- Acknowledges all guidelines and policies as described in the company policy handbook.
