Body Shop Technician Compensation and Benefits

Body Shop Technician Qualifications
- A valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record. And ability to drive both manual and standard transmission vehicles
- Experience fixing blows
- Use different kinds of Bondo, Glaze and primer, Block and Sand
- English/Spanish
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
- Able to pass a drug test and background check
Experience – 2 years of experience as express lane technician.

Body Shop Technician Responsibilities
- Performs front end alignments
- Diagnoses suspension or drive-line damage
- Diagnoses electrical issues with vehicles
- Replaces any and all damaged suspension parts
- Mounts tires and balances wheels
- Replaces damaged wiring harnesses, or reinstalls harnesses after body repair
