The Role
As a Maintenance Porter you’ll be providing support to the Sales Team and the Facilities Department. Your primary mission will be to keep the store and the inventory at an excellent level of appearance standards, making sure the store is ready for our customers.

What will you be doing at Tricolor?
- Vehicle Inventory: Fill up gas tanks. Start engines daily and remove any vehicle with issues to arrange a service pick-up. Clean cars to ensure they are properly displayed. Rotate Inventory.
- Property Maintenance: Pick up trash, lawn maintenance, check building lighting and report any electrical issues, replace bulbs as needed, walk property and report issues, clean common areas and restrooms, clean windows and store front, check plumbing issues, verify A/C is working appropriately and report supply needs to managers.

- 1 years of maintenance or related experience
- Ability to work Saturdays, late shift and overtime if needed.
