Paint Lead Compensation and Benefits
- Pay – $25.00 - $32.00 hourly rate

Paint Lead Qualifications
- Knowledge of auto parts, automotive systems and tools, tech experience a plus.
- Intermediate or Advanced level in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Team player and go-getter with strong customer service skills and excellent communication.
- A valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record.
- Able to work Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Able to pass a drug test and background check
Experience –
- 3 years of Auto Paint experience.
- 1 year of experience in a supervisor role

Paint Lead Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and safe operation of painting tools and equipment, while supervising and motivating the team to ensure timely completion of auto reconditioning projects.
- Ensure product quality meets company standards, following established systems, processes, and procedures, while managing and developing direct reporting staff.
- Monitor production performance, address issues, and ensure clear communication with all team members, collaborating with other Shift Supervisors for smooth production handovers.
- Foster a safe and efficient work environment, implementing continuous improvement, maintaining housekeeping standards, and optimizing resource usage to meet operational goals.
