Shop Coordinator Compensation and Benefits
- Pay – $70,000.00 annually

Shop Coordinator Qualifications
- 4-5 years experience at a major franchise dealership as a service writer or service supervisor
- 1-2 years’ supervisory experience in the automotive industry
- Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word), and inventory control
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists
- Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Ability to work Saturdays and overtime as needed.
- Able to pass a drug test and background check
Experience – 4 years’ experience at a dealership as a service writer or service supervisor.
Please apply if you have worked as an Automotive Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, or Inventory Coordinator.
Shop Coordinator Responsibilities
- Controls the flow of vehicles in and out of the shop and as are dispatched to the lots.
- Inspect and audit vehicles, parts, and labor for safety, accuracy, the efficiency of processes, and proper documentation.
- Control cycle times so as to align with business needs and goals.
- Ensure vehicles are properly parked and inventoried, including taking an inventory at least every other day.
- Ensure Rapid Recon is up to date at all times
- Ensure all vehicles are properly pushed through Rapid Recon and through the shop so as to align with business goals and needs.
