Skip Recovery Specialist Compensation and Benefits

Skip Recovery Specialist Qualifications
- Problem Solving - an individual who identifies and resolves problems promptly. Gathers and analyzes information skillfully. Develops alternative solutions.
- Customer Service -Manages difficult or emotional customer situations. Responds promptly to customer needs.
- Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations. Listens and gets clarification. Responds well to questions.
- Bilingual - English and Spanish
- Able to pass a drug test and background check
Experience – Previous experience in customer service, Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Skip Recovery Specialist Responsibilities
- Manage OFR accounts, repossessed vehicles, and repossession vendor.
- Repossession fee review and approvals.
- Make outbound calls on OFR/ repossessed accounts and receive inbound redemption calls.
- Make suitable arrangements with customers that are currently past due
- Provide outstanding customer service.
