Technician Team Lead Compensation and Benefits
Pay – $36.00 hourly rate

Technician Team Lead Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; or one to two years minimum related experience and / or training; or the equivalent of the combination of education and experience
- Experience diagnosing and reconditioning used vehicles in a car lot.
- A valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.
- Smog license (Preferred)
- Bilingual English / Spanish (Required)
- Working knowledge proper and safe use of equipment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Working knowledge of activities, methods, procedures.
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
- Able to pass a drug test and background check
Experience – 2 years of experience as Shop Foreman or related role
7 years ASE Master Experience

Technician Team Lead Responsibilities
- Fosters and maintains excellent relations between customers and store.
- Assist peers in developing diagnostic skills
- Oversee automotive mechanics in the maintenance, servicing, and repair of customer vehicles.
- Assist in the supervision and operation of the garage, as directed.
- Advise Service Advisors of matters deserving attention regarding automotive repairs.
- Assist in ordering repair parts/supplies, and the maintenance of necessary catalogs/records.
- Assists Recon Manager with all Shop Duties.
