Customer Service Import Agent in an International Freight Forwarding company
- Monday - Friday 08:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m. with some Saturdays
- $21/hr
- Long-term temp position
- Location: El Segundo, CA
Requirements of the Customer Service Import Agent:
- One year office experience
- Related industry experience is a big plus
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skill
- Must have a positive attitude and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to work overtime and weekends/holidays, flexible with the schedule
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Import Agent:
- Communicate with customer, airline, truck carrier, warehouse team, and any other related person by Email, Phone, MS TEAMS
- Review and prepare documentation
- Checking the cargo condition and creating report
- Other related duties will be assigned
Employment Type: Long-term temp
Schedule: Monday - Friday 08:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m. some Saturday
