A leading manufacturer in Fountain Valley is looking for an Inside Sales Rep / Receptionist. An Ideal candidate has at least 5 years of related experience with excellent customer service skills.

- Salary Range: $48K/yr - Non-Exempt
Requirements of the Inside Sales Rep / Administrative Assistant:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- At least 5 years of related experience is required.
- Inside Sales / Sales Administrative Assistant experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skill and customer service skill
- Able to pay attention to details
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- English and Spanish bilingual is a big plus
Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Rep / Administrative Assistant:
- Provides customers with product/service information to assist them in determining appropriate merchandise to purchase.
- Receives requests for quotations, orders, and lead times from customers.
- Makes quotations on standard items, writes orders, and relays pertinent order information to customers.
- Handle purchase orders and provide service to customers
- Coordinates with other department for shipping and inventories
- Shipping and Delivery date management
- Handle all incoming calls and greet visitors.
- Other related administrative work will be assigned.
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am ~ 5:00pm (1 hour lunch break)
