- Project-manage digital transformation projects.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions to gather and document internal/external customer requirements to ensure clear project objectives and key results.
- Collaborate with teams to create detailed project plans; defining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Establish and manage project capital and expense budgets.
- Anticipate and actively manage project scope, schedule, and performance changes while monitoring and controlling project risks and mitigation strategies.
- Travel 20%.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing digital transformation projects within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Highly motivated and passionate with exceptional communication skills.
- Strong ability to drive results and meet deadlines by enforcing accountability among vendors and project resources.
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation projects encompassing CRM, ERP, AI, automation, and other critical business systems.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making capabilities to navigate ambiguity and complexity.
- Ability to complete full lifecycle projects according to defined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, engineering, or a related field β or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and very resourceful with team building, maintaining partnerships, collaboration, and influence with enterprise-wide stakeholders.
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Certifications including CAPM, PMP, or Agile.
