Our client is seeking an Enterprise Agile Coach to help scale their Agile at Portfolio/Program and partner with EPMO leadership to transform the IT Group and business units toward business agility. The Enterprise Agile Coach will train, coach, and mentor others in Lean Thinking, Scaling Agile Principles, Systems Thinking, Organizational Design, Change Management, Lean Budgeting and Agile Portfolio/Program Management.

The Enterprise Agile Coach will train, coach, and mentor others in Lean Thinking, Scaling Agile Principles, Systems Thinking, Organizational Design, Change Management, Lean Budgeting and Agile Portfolio/Program Management.
Responsibilities
- Develop leaders and team culture.
- Coach Agile teams and provide training (primarily SAFe).
- Guide Program/Portfolio formation.
- Establish Communities of Practice.
- Create training materials and assess maturation.
- A servant-leader with emotional intelligence.
- Strong communication and changing management skills.
- 5 years of experience coaching Agile teams, 3 years at scale.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Targetprocess).
- Certifications: ICP-ATF, ICP-ACC, SAFe SPC, CSM, CPO.
