Requirements
- 3 years of business experience:
- SAP and/or Salesforce experience.
- Knowledge of Master Data (Customer, Material, Vendor).
- Experience in data governance and management; handling requests and applying knowledge of enforcement standards.
- Experience with Agile methodology and continuous improvement including defining, leading, and monitoring activities to enable best practices.
- Knowledge of quality or process improvement tools and techniques, or willingness and aptitude to learn them.
- Demonstrated strong analytical, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills.
- Demonstrated ability to break down complex issues.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and navigate an organization effectively to identify where expertise resides; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and operate in ambiguous situations.
- Good understanding of and commitment to internal controls.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
