We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to manage tablets, Android devices, and Active Directory Groups; administer Microsoft Exchange mailboxes; and troubleshoot PC issues in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate in a fast-paced team environment, providing excellent phone support.
- Image devices for new and current employees.
- Set-up hardware including monitors and docking stations.
- Provide Tablet/Mobile support.
- Provide support for Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Manage Active Directory group memberships.
- Administer Microsoft Exchange.
- Troubleshoot workstation issues with administrative rights.
- Handle around 70 tickets per day using ServiceDesk Plus.
- Experience with the following:
- Managing tablets and Android devices;
- Administering Active Directory permissions;
- Administering Microsoft Exchange mailboxes;
- Using ServiceDesk Plus.
- Ability to move around within the office area.
- Experience using Zoho/ManageEngine for remote computer management.
- Experience setting-up new employees with Windows 10 and endpoint hardware.
