Manual Tester

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive testing strategy and then execute it.
• Develop, review, and execute test plans, test scripts and test data to ensure application products and services meet business needs, quality standards and end user Requirements
• Document, track, and resolve software defects or issues in collaboration with the Product Delivery Team.
• Develop and communicate software quality measures that report the reliability, compliance/accessibility, performance, and security of the software products and services developed.
  
  

Requirements

• 5 years of manual testing/SQA experience.
• Experience developing a comprehensive test strategy and executing it, taking the lead on testing activities.
• Experience with Agile delivery in close alignment with an application development team.
• Strong Quality Assurance background including test development and execution.
• Experience with manual testing including reviewing test cases and coordinating testing across teams.
  
  

Preferred

• Experience writing SQL query.
• Automation experience.
  
  

This is a 6-month Contract-to-Hire position with our Lawrence, KS client.
