Microsoft Cloud Security Engineer

Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Microsoft Cloud Security Engineer to secure and manage their Cloud infrastructure, primarily focused on Microsoft Azure and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain security measures to protect data, applications, and the network in a Cloud environment.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Security with a focus on Cloud Security.
• Solid understanding of Cloud Computing Architecture, Cloud Security Best Practices, and Cloud Security frameworks.
• Experience using scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, etc.) to automate security tasks.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) and Cloud Security tools.
  
  

This is a 6-Month Contract-to-Hire opportunity with our Kansas City, MO client.
