Responsibilities
- Establish governance for project management and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with the following:
- Project management governance in an enterprise environment;
- full portfolio capacity administration and oversight (portfolio visualization, impact analysis, exception reporting, resource/time reporting assurance, IT portfolio metrics – Delivery Performance);
- Practice Management Definition and Adoption (Documentation/Templates, User Adoption/Training);
- PMO adherence (closure adherence, practice review, audit support – SDLC Governance).
