Summary
We are looking for a Project Manager to align with our IT Security Program. This position is a long-term contract, focused on managing and leading various security-related projects within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage internal security department operational projects.
- Oversee IT Department-wide projects impacting security.
- Coordinate enterprise projects that touch multiple aspects of the business.
- Ensure alignment with the direction of the Security Program.
- Manage a portfolio of a dozen or more current and upcoming projects.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Maintain high-levels of organization, adaptability, and articulation in a dynamic business environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically within security programs/projects.
- Strong technical understanding of security processes and technologies.
- Knowledge of Data Governance, Penetration & Attack Testing Mitigation, Identity & Access Management, Attack Surface Management Tools, Cyber Security Standards & Compliance , and Privileged Account Management.
- Versatility and adaptability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Highly organized and able to function well within business politics and culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and/or security (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
- Experience in the food industry or similar sectors.
