Service Desk Analyst

Summary

Our client is seeking multiple Service Desk Analysts to support their growing Charlotte, NC office. These individuals will act as Tier-1 Technical Support to the local team in Charlotte and other offices as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers via phone, email, in-person interactions, and online chat.
• Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
  
  

Requirements

• 2 years of Help Desk experience.
• Experience with O365.
• Dependability and reliability.
• Common sense and the ability to think logically.
  
  

This is a 6-Month Contract-for-Hire opportunity with our Charlotte, NC client.
