Responsibilities

- Partner with lines of business to determine business needs.
- Identify, recommend, and develop solutions to improve processes and functionality as it relates to the Hogan applications.
- Develop and write business and functional requirements for Hogan application changes.
- Manage and document Hogan specific application configuration (PCD) and BAU system changes.
- Organize and oversee team testing methodology for test scripts and appropriate full-cycle testing.
- 5 years of experience in performing systems analysis or similar analytical functions.
- Experience with banking mainframe systems (i.e., Hogan Systems preferred – Fiserv or FIS) and proficiency with TSO.
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of banking.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of testing techniques and procedures.
