Sr. Software Developer – Dynamics 365 F&O

Responsibilities

• Guide, mentor, and coach the development team, removing blockers and ensuring project completion.
• Proactively monitor and assist with maintaining a balanced team workload.
• Collaborate with team leaders and management on project direction and Department strategy.
• Define best practices and standards and then ensure adherence to them across the team.
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance software quality.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify and escalate SDLC issues and gaps.
  
  

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in software development.
• Proven experience with Dynamics AX 2012 and/or Dynamics 365 F&O.
• MB 300 and MB 500 certification.
• Proficiency with C#, .NET MVC, RESTful APIs, Angular, SQL, and X .
• Proficiency in relational databases and querying.
• Proficiency with Git or other version control systems.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and build/release pipelines.
• Proven ability to lead the development of significant projects.
• Advanced understanding of business.
• Demonstrated leadership in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Effective communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented language for stakeholders.
• Proven track record of working well with a team.

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  
  

This is a 6-month Contract-to-Hire opportunity with our Lenexa, KS client.
