System Administrator

Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated System Administrator with 3 years of experience to join our team. This role offers significant growth potential, with an opportunity to advance to a higher-level role within IT.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain server systems, administer Active Directory and Office 365, and perform critical security functions.
  
  

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a System Administrator.
• Expertise in managing and securing Meraki firewalls.
• Strong proficiency with Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
• Knowledge of security protocols including conditional access policies, email, and endpoint security.
• Experience with Windows Server 2019 or higher and SharePoint (both on-premises and 365).
• Ability to handle after-hours emergencies and willingness to work onsite.
  
  

Preferred

• Experience with Azure Active Directory.
• Familiarity with security awareness training platforms.
• Knowledge of VMware or Zen Server for hypervisor management.
• Knowledge of zero trust security solutions (e.g., iboss, Threat Locker).
• Previous experience in a mid-sized company or managed-service provider (MSP) environment.
