Job Title: Corporate Services Coordinator / (Corporate Amenities Coordinator)
Location: Universal City, CA
Type: 3 months contract on W2
Qualifications:

2 years of experience making things happen in food service, hospitality, facility or corporate services, or a similar field-you know how to keep operations running smoothly.

2 years of experience working with clients and third-party vendors-you can negotiate, coordinate, and keep things on track.

A knack for project management-you understand timelines, budgets, and how to turn plans into action.

You thrive under pressure-fast, efficient, and always one step ahead.

Strong written and verbal communication skills-whether it's writing an email, leading a meeting, or simplifying a complex idea, you can talk to anyone and make things clear.

Love being on the move? You'll be walking and traveling between buildings, sometimes outdoors, so you're comfortable being active throughout the day.

Flexibility-you're open to working nights and weekends when needed to get the job done.
Responsibilities:

Be the glue that keeps projects running smoothly-plan, execute, and track progress to keep everything on time and within budget.

Juggle multiple moving parts-coordinate meetings, manage documentation, and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Solve problems before they happen-work with teams to spot challenges early and develop solutions.

Own relationships-work with partners, handle contracts, and ensure top-notch service delivery.

Collaborate like a pro-work cross-functionally with business leaders to stay ahead of evolving needs.

Make data your superpower-use feedback and insights to improve response times, service levels, and workplace experience.

Get creative with communication-team up with Marketing and other partners to build effective messaging for our initiatives.
