Location : 3800 W. 143rd Street Cleveland OH 44111 (3rd Shift 10 pm to 6 : 30 am)
Type : 3 months contract to hire on W2
Pay Rate : $23 / hr on W2
Job Description :
Seeking a Level III Data Entry Specialist with 1 year of experience proficient in Excel. This role involves :
Receiving and inputting data into an Excel spreadsheet.
Maintaining and revising data as necessary to keep it accurate.
Performing additional clerical duties and tasks as required.
This position is set in a production environment where you will walk around hourly to collect data needed for entry into the Excel spreadsheet.
You will also update and enter information into a database (Oracle). PPE will be required as you walk to different buildings to collect information.
Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for entering product status updates in Microsoft Excel on an hourly basis throughout the plant.
Updating and entering information into a database (Oracle).
Wearing PPE and walking to different buildings to collect and enter information.
Primary responsibility for one job function.
Paying attention to detail.
Managing time effectively.
Recognizing problems understanding urgency and communicating to the appropriate level.
Demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements :
Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience : 1 years in data entry clerical or similar roles.
Skills :
Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook.
Must be comfortable utilizing Excel including entering data and checking for accuracy.
Ability to work in and walk through production areas.
Must be comfortable on their feet for the majority of the shift.
Ability to wear PPE throughout the day.
Ability to stand for long periods and do a lot of walking.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Ability to work effectively with a variety of people.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) :
Steeltoe shoes hard hat lab coat and safety glasses must be worn in the production areas.
Schedule :
3rd shift 40 hours a week with possible OT.
Hours : 10 : 00pm6 : 30am.
Training : Week 1 will be on days during orientation.
Temp to hire for the right fit and when headcount allows.
