Shift Schedule :

• Monday – Thursday : 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM
• Friday : 5 : 00 AM – 1 : 30 PM

Job Overview :

The Production Associate will perform a variety of manual tasks to support the production process, including loading materials into machines, sorting and packing products, and maintaining a clean work environment. This role follows established procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Load materials into production machines according to operational requirements.
• Remove, pack, and sort raw materials or finished products.
• Collect and dispose of garbage and production waste per company waste removal and recycling policies.
• Clean production equipment and work areas to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure efficiency and quality control.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support production operations.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Some previous experience or training in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Must be able to lift, move, and handle materials as required.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment .
