Tricor Industrial, based in Wooster, OH, is a full-line industrial distributor servicing the construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, transportation, and agriculture marketplace. Our products consist of fasteners, abrasives, cutting tools, power tools, hand tools, along with many more MRO products. We are looking to add an Outside Sales Rep in the Canton, Orrville, or Wooster, OH area.
This position is full-time with a base salary plus commission. Applicant must have reliable transportation. A full range of benefits are available.
The main responsibilities of this position are:
· Sales Driven
· Ability to target and prospect for new accounts
· Ability to target and penetrate new business within existing accounts
· Proven track record of success in sales is preferred
· Mechanical aptitude. (Knowledge of fasteners, abrasives, cutting tools and industrial supplies are preferred)
· Proficient computer skills are required.
· Ability to educate customers on new processes and new products in our industry
Qualification Requirements:
2-3 years outside industrial sales experience preferred.
Self-Starter and energetic are a plus. The successful candidate must have good PC skills and be extremely organized. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required. Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, good verbal and written communication skills also required.
