This position is for any of our Wisconsin locations, with the potential for at least one remote/work-from-home day per week.
TRICOR Account Managers are responsible for a variety of vital tasks and services that support our customers with their insurance needs. Some key role expectations include:
- Become a Trusted Advisor - Through obtaining their insurance licensure and continually building knowledge of the industry, our Account Managers are empowered to provide counsel and service to our clientele. They work proactively to ensure our customer’s priorities are understood and goals are achieved. By providing excellent customer service, Account Mangers protect business retention.
- Demonstrate Servant Leadership – We believe in the importance of serving others first, and work to ensure our team of account managers is well-trained and equipped to work proactively, support others, and collaborate to handle complex client needs.
- Build Relationships – Account Managers will work closely with industry partners and carriers to maximize effectiveness with clients. They will also work in partnership with Sales Producers supporting new business, as well developing a strong rapport with fellow Account Managers to serve our client needs.
- Communicate Effectively – Through written (email, letter, texts) and verbal (phone, in-person) forms, Account Managers provide clear and timely follow-up with our insureds, and are able to express insurance concepts in customer-friendly ways. Attention to detail and careful documentation ensures all parties are informed and protected.
- Manage Tasks & Time – A fast paced role, Account Managers demonstrate excellent organization skills, and are able to triage incoming requests and responsibilities effectively. They are able to set realistic time-frames for follow up, and follow-through on their promises.
