Core Responsibilities
Account Executive (AE):
- Work directly with business clients to assess risks and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Manage TRICOR house accounts and new business opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing expertise and policy reviews.
- Lead mentorship and knowledge-sharing opportunities for new team members.
- Maintain strong partnerships with insurance carriers and underwriters.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and policy updates.
Account Manager (AM):
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and service.
- Handle policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, and client onboarding.
- Provide administrative and operational support to Account Executives and sales teams.
- Organize and maintain client files using the agency management system.
- Continuously develop industry knowledge to support evolving client needs.
