Salary : SUMMARY
Administrative support position with responsibilities for answering main telephone switchboard, office coordination and management support, document preparation and production, and communications.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Routing of all inbound calls at the switchboard
Operation of telephone system, computer equipment; greeting of visitors, faxing, copying
Work with Excel and Word files to create, modify, and update spreadsheets and communications (including office phone lists)
Type memos, correspondence, reports and other documents
Daily interaction with managers and staff, maintenance of schedules and coordination of activities / appointments
Management of ordering office supplies
Operation and maintenance of office equipment
Matching of tickets and scanning of invoices into Viewpoint for Accounts Payable
Preparation of documents, organization of mailings, and management of file system
Opens and routes incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail
Administrative support at various levels within the organization
Other duties and tasks as assigned by CFO

Education / Technical Skills and Experience
Office experience with excellent telephone, organizational, and refined professional interpersonal skills
Must be able to manage multiple projects, set priorities, meet deadlines, and handle interruptions
