Job Description:
As the Senior Tech Lead, you ll head a pod of engineers responsible for end-to-end application development.
This role requires deep expertise in both front-end (Angular) and back-end (Java Spring Boot) technologies,
along with proficiency in debugging and optimizing code.
The Senior Full Stack Engineer will contribute to both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on Angular, Java Spring Boot, and AKS integration.
Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and experience with optimization.
Responsibilities:
Lead technical initiatives, setting standards and ensuring quality across the development lifecycle.
Conduct code reviews, assist in problem-solving, and ensure code meets acceptance criteria.
Mentor team members, providing guidance on both technical skills and project alignment.
Coordinate closely with the Engineering Manager on architectural decisions and design reviews.
Facilitate sprint planning, tracking, and retrospectives to align with project goals.
Technical Skillset:
Strong experience with Angular (version 12 ), Java Spring Boot, and relational databases.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools like CircleCI, Docker, GitHub, and JFrog for streamlined deployment.
Debugging and performance optimization techniques.
DevOps experience/CI/CD pipeline.
Familiarity with basic security concepts, such as SSL/TLS, OAuth, encryption
Familiarity with basic cloud concepts, such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and/or MS Azure
